Suggested Use: Dispense 1 pump (0.5ml) between cheek and gum and hold for 20 seconds. Take every 3-4 hours. Dose may be mixed into water or juice. Holding the liquid sublingually allows for more direct absorption. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before meals. Use within 30 days of opening for optimal effects. Take away from the IMD.
